Where Is My Item Coming From?

We have warehouses globally mainly located in US & Asia.

What About Custom Duties/Taxes?

Please note that sometimes we chose to dispatch the orders in separate packages to reduce custom duties/taxes problems from occuring.

How Can I Track My Order?

All orders are delivered with UPS/EMS. Tracking number will be provided once the item has been dispatched

How do I track my order?    

You will be provided with a shipment tracking number via email when the order has been processed.

When will my order arrive?     

It will take between 2-3 business days for the order to be processed for shipment, and estimate approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery to USA. Shipping to Rest of World will take approximately 15-20 business days. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary. Please note that if you are ordering multiple products, they may be shipped seperately and arrive a different times.
